    Also a reminder that Helena, Sally and I are doing a ‘semi-acoustic’ live set at Café Tarifa on Cowley Road, Oxford on Tuesday 9th February. Also on the bill are Kat Gadsden and Nigel Brown & Friends. Doors are at 9pm and it’s free entry so come down, drink booze and watch the first PROPER TM gig. Info and stuff can be found here.

    Also we’ve confirmed our first Tiger Mendoza live gig at Bar Tarifa in Oxford on Tuesday 9th February. It’ll be the first gig that Helena and I have done together that will feature acoustic and laptop stuff so should be fun. Should have more details and maybe a poster image soon.

  • Missing On The Motorway WINS!!!!

    First of all Happy New Year to you all! I found out today that my little bootleg has been selected as one of 2 winners of the first DJ Shadow remix competition! I am an exceptionally happy bunny!

    The only problem is I’ve hit my download limit for the track on Soundcloud so here’s another download link:

    It’s also been posted in the bootlegs part of the site. The other winner was NiT GriT’s brilliant reworking of Shadow’s Building Steam With a Grain of salt which you can listen to here.

    Cheers to everyone that’s listened and downloaded and especially to the Djshadow.com team for selecting my mix. Helena said she’s up for trying to recreate “Missing…” live when we finally get to play live (which we’re hoping to do later this year) so I’ll keep you posted on how that goes.

  • Christmas presents from TM (1 of 2): Hope Sick ep stems

    Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas!
    Or something like that anyway. I’ve been promising myself that I’d do this for a while but here are some stems for Hope Sick and Filmstar from The Hope Sick e.p.. The stems are currently available in 192kps mp3 and all content is licensed under a creative commons share alike license so as long as you’re not planning on selling your mix, you can do what you want with them.
